          The 2010 Boxer National will be held at the State dog Centre, Bulla, Melbourne on Saturday the 21st August 2010. The new dog centre is 15 minutes by car from Tullamarine Airport . Both shows will commence at 9.00 am sharp with the normal classes of 1,2,3,4,5,10,11, 1a,2a,3a,4a,5a,10a,11a in that order. Also the obedience will commence at the same time in the outdoors grassed area. 

          The Judge for conformation is from Spain Mr A Palaciin, who is a Boxer Specialist.    Obedience, Agility and Jumping judge will be Mr Frank Valestro.  There will also be a parade of imports for anyone wishing to bring their imports for all to see.   

We will also be presenting a history on the National in our catalogue and anyone who has won a Best In Show - Challenge Bitch or Dog, or Runner up in show could you please contact Faye for further information. 

Advertising in both catalogues is available in either colour or black and white. Please note that the pictures must be of good quality as the catalogue for the National will be printed. 

On the second day at the BAOV Champ show the judge will be Mr John Cormack from UK . A Parade of Veterans will be conducted at this show. 

Both shows will be held in doors with artificial grass flooring. 

There will be a dinner held on the Night of the National for those wishing to get together and have a talk about the dogs and catch up with everyone and the presentation of trophies will be at the dinner. 

On the Sunday after the show the BAOV will be providing light refreshments tea and coffee. 

A booklet is currently being prepared and will be available shortly with full details and schedules for the two days, plus details of accommodation, vets, pet stores etc. The booklet will be emailed to all members of the BAOV together with any other boxer folk whose email address is known to the club.
