About the Club

. .

The Queensland Boxer Club was established in 1958. It is affiliated with the National Boxer Council, Dogs Queensland and the Australian National Kennel Council.

The club is made up of people who are dedicated to the wonderful Boxer and who deal with issues that affect all Boxers - show dogs and family pets alike.

We promote the Boxer by:

a) researching current information and practices concerning the Boxer.

b) employing specialist judges (up to international standard) for judging shows.

c) participating in the community with Pet Expos and Demonstrations.

d) organising activities for club members such as Family Fun Days, Beach Days.

e) working with the National Boxer Council and other Boxer clubs.

We don't "control" the breed - we examine issues that may affect the breed and recommend the best long term solutions for all Boxers. We can advise of experienced, responsible breeders who carefully select the best parents, raise their puppies in a beneficial environment and offer a back-up service.

All enquiries will be handled by a knowledgeable and experienced club member. So if you have any queries, contact the Queensland Boxer Club – we’re not strangers, we're just Boxer owners you haven't met yet!
