YOUR MEMBERSHIP ENTITLES YOU TO:
A copy each month of our magazine "The Boxer Bark" which includes articles, both serious and funny, that will appeal to show and pet people alike as well as providing valuable information about your Boxer. For those who can’t attend club meetings, the minutes are printed so that you will know what is going on behind the scenes of your club. The "Bark" gives results from the show and obedience rings and will keep you up to date with all our upcoming events.
Keep up to date with the newest merchandise available through the club. We have stationery (rubber stamps, writing paper), bumper stickers as well as many more items including our Boxer pens as seen at Pet Expo. This year we intend to add to our lines.
You’ll never miss out on one of our Fun Days. Find out the latest on where, when, who, why and what activities are going to be held so that you can come prepared. Chat with a veterinary surgeon about any health worries you may have with your Boxer, watch obedience and agility demonstrations or try out the equipment for yourself with the help of experienced Boxer handlers and qualified obedience instructors. The Lure Coursing is also a great hit with Boxers and owners alike. Join in the fun of the games and share the laughs with the best dressed dog competition. Our Fun Days are always a great day out with whole the family.
The Club has an interesting collection of Library books that are only available to members. Topics range from showing to training, biographies of well known Boxer breeders to general health care.
Find out about upcoming social events and fund-raising ventures. We are hoping to hold a number of events as well as our Christmas break up in late November.
And last but not least, we have begun to arrange a series of guest speakers to give talks on subjects such as genetics in breeding, alternative medicine, general health care and first aid for your Boxer.
